We want you to love your Edie Parker purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-price, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, vintage pieces, and final sale goods are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Edie Parker packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
